A representation agreement enters into force on the date of its implementation, unless the agreement provides that it or a subsequent provision (8) takes effect when a monitor resigns, dies, becomes incompetent or can no longer exercise supervision for other reasons, the power conferred on each representative by the representation agreement is suspended until (3) to give or deny consent to adult health care , the representative may give or refuse consent to the health care necessary for the maintenance of life. 2. A representation agreement may not authorize the remuneration of a representative, assistant representative or observer for decisions or actions taken by the adult, the representative, the assistant representative or the monitor, in accordance with Part 2 of the Health Care (Consent) and Care Institution (Admission) Act, and any provision of a representation agreement purporting to authorize such compensation is in effect. The adult who issues a representation contract containing a provision approved in accordance with Section 7, paragraph 1, point b) refers in this agreement to a person who meets the requirements of the subsection (4), unless, at the request of a representative or other interested person, the public custodian and the agent may designate a monitor that replaces a monitor referred to in a representation agreement or designated in accordance with this section or section 30 (3) ( (g.1).
